I want to give 5 users a shared email box as a secondary mailbox, is it possible to share the sent items?

Hi All,

we have Exchange 2003. Every users has his / her own personal mailaddress, however everybody also wants to use the general info@ mailaccount. I have given rights to all users to use and sent on behalf in this mailbox. I have added the info mailbox as a secondary address in Outlook. The users need to view the info@ sent items, but that is empty, because eveyone who sents out an email from info@ gets this sent email in his / her own sent items. So the info@ sent items stays empty.

Can we make it happen that if sent from info@ or replied at info@ the sent email will be dropped in the sent items of info@?

What you need to do is to give them full permission on the info@ mailbox. Then they can add it to their Outlook and see everything. If they send from that user account then the sent items would go to the correct mailbox and everybody can see it.

Other way is to let them use webmail for the shared account...
