we have Exchange 2003. Every users has his / her own personal mailaddress, however everybody also wants to use the general info@ mailaccount. I have given rights to all users to use and sent on behalf in this mailbox. I have added the info mailbox as a secondary address in Outlook. The users need to view the info@ sent items, but that is empty, because eveyone who sents out an email from info@ gets this sent email in his / her own sent items. So the info@ sent items stays empty.
Can we make it happen that if sent from info@ or replied at info@ the sent email will be dropped in the sent items of info@?
