outlook 2010 shared calender doesn't sync with exchange 2007

Hi, We have an exchange 2007 server and a few users having issues with a shared calender called services.
The old I.T. person had setup the calender as a user in exchange 2007. So on the outlook, it is a shared calender link. Basically it isn't syncing with a few users. If we put cached mode off it works. cos it isn't syncing obviously.

I have found a few links to rename the ost file, which didn't work.

Deleting the ost for the services mailbox should have done the trick.
Please let me know if you have tried it in the following sequence, if not please do?:

1. Open outlook and remove the services mailbox, and then close outlook
2. Now browse to the ost location in explorer and delete all files associated with the shared mailbox.
3. Now open outlook again and add the services mailbox again
4. Wait for the sync to rebuild a new ost.

Let me know after trying the steps in that order. Hopefully it helps.

hi, the test so far would suggest it works. We will keep an eye on it for a few days.

i found a link thaqt suggested removing the share, shut down outlook, delete the ost, load outlook and reconnect the shared calender.
