Hi, we require the need to have a user on our Active Directory 2008 domain that has access to an Exchange 2007 Mailbox. This user needs to be able to ONLY send and receive email using OWA. No other privileges are allowed (no server access, no share access etc)

Would anyone be able to explain how I might achieve this please?

Many thanks.

Create Domain Group for example "OWA Users"
Put such users to it
Go to Group Tab in User Object - and set OWA Users to be Primary Group
Remove Group Domain Users
Go to Account Tab - set "logon to" only to OWA role server.
well done

Remove Group Domain Users = Remove User from Group "Domain Users"
