Split Crystal Report into separate files based on page breaks

Is there a way to split one Crystal Report into separate PDF files based on the page breaks?  We have Crystal Server but it doesn't have report bursting (or at least I don't think it does).  I found the following instructions

http://howtobi.wordpress.com/2011/02/23/how-to-setup-report-bursting-data-driven-publication-in-businessobjects/

which are a start to my solution but when I try to add a new publication I don't have that option.

I read somewhere that there might be a way to use VB to accomplish what I need.  I am not a VB programmer but we have some in our office so that is a viable solution.

Thank you.

What vesrion of crystal server do you have.

There are a number of alternative apllications that can accomplish this, here's one http://www.milletsoftware.com/Visual_CUT.htm
