hi,

currently the CAG has 4.5.6 firmware, i read on this article that it needs to be re-imaged to update it to 4.6.3  http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX106192

after the image it default to factory settings- i dont have a null cable in hand, so what is another way of accessing CAG, according to the article it defaults to ip 10.20.30.40, is it just a matter of browsing to this IP or will i need subnet MASK if so what is that?

also- is there anything to be aware of do/dont of when upgrading or after the upgrade please?

Thanks

I have only setup one CAG and that was back in like 2004/5.  I just used a crossover cat5 cable IIRC.
