Upgrade from Office 2003 Professional to Office 2010 Pro Plus using Group Policy (2008)

Hello,
I would like to upgrade from Office 2003 professional to Office 2010 Pro Plus using Group Policy (2008) with the minimum fuss! I would only like to install; Outlook, Excel,Word, Publisher,Powerpoint, Access and Infopath only. Bandwidth not an issue.
Naturally I would like to completely remove Office 2003.
Any tips/guides?

DC/Group Policy - 2008
OS - Windows XP SP3 and Windows 7 Enterprise SP1
Cheers

Hi, thanks for that link, pretty much sums up the install. Can this be used for upgrade from 2003.
Also, could this script be used on shutdown so could be done in the evening?

It should upgrade what you have in for 2003, as for shutdown, 'll have to look into it.
But doing during the login is what I did, you can just move the computer in OU & tell the users to restart before they leave. It's almost the same behavior

Efficient way to get backups off site to Azure

This user guide provides instructions on how to deploy and configure both a StoneFly Scale Out NAS Enterprise Cloud Drive virtual machine and Veeam Cloud Connect in the Microsoft Azure Cloud.

Hi Ackles, do you know if the above link will upgrade rather than a fresh install?

I am not sure as I never tested it, but what I assume is that it will remove 2003 & then install 2010.
Best way would be to run it on a test OU by isolating one machine in it.

Been put on hold. No point in deploying this if they havent started training the staff yet!

The point was if you tested? Maybe in Test environment...
