Reminders not working in Outlook 2007 but work in OWA

I have a user is running Windows XP with Office 2007. We are running MS Exchange 2010.

1 week ago she received a new Blackberry and right after she began using the Blackberry her reminders quit working in her Outlook.

If she logs into OWA her reminders work.

We have performed the following steps with no success.

Restarted outlook.  No effect.
Restarted outlook with the following switches:

/cleanfreebusy
/cleanreminders
/cleanprofile

We had the user login to a new computer with the same configuration and the reminders didn't work there either.

I checked the settings on her reminders and they are set correctly.

My next step is to have her login to a Windows 7 system that has Office 2010 installed.
Any suggestions

I would make sure Outlook.exe is in as an exception in the Firewall on the XP workstation.
I have seen this cause issues with new email not showing up until the user changes Outlook folders.
Just for testing purposes, have you tried turning off the Blackberry?
Also, did you install BES on the Server?  If so, that may have had an effect.
Last thing, I can think of is, was there any software installed on the PC for the Blackberry?  If so, shut down that PC whilst trying Outlook on another PC.

Cheers

Another thing you might be able to check is if the phone has alarms turned off.  I'm thinking possibly if the reminder comes to the phone first and it is blocked it may not show up on in Outlook. (Also could be tested like what David said by turning off the phone and testing the reminder)  If it works with the phone off check here on the phone:

1. Open CALENDAR.
2. Display MENU.
3. Select OPTIONS.
4. Select GENERAL OPTIONS.
5. Change SHOW ALARMS from NO to YES. (SHOW ALARMS is the last item on the GENERAL OPTIONS screen.)

I had the user turn off her Blackberry and her reminders began working.

The problem must be related to the new BB she was assigned.

Any suggestions?

I also checked the settings of her reminders on the BB and the reminders are set correctly.
