User doesn't receive Calendar invites from one specific user

We have a user who does not receive meeting invitation requests from one specific user in another company.  He's able to receive general emails from this person but the meeting invitations never show up.   Note:  He is able to receive meeting invitations from other users at that same company just not the one user.  There is nothing in his junk email box and the user is set up as a safe sender, there are no filtering rules set up and no restrictions in the rescourse scheduling option in Outlook.   He does have one person who has delegate access to his calendar with editor access.   We do have a SonicWall junk email system that the email travels through first before hiting our Exchange 2003 Server and when i check the auditing logs it shows that the meeting invite from that user was delivered so i'm assuming something is happening to the invite when it hits Exchange/Outlook and not a problem from the original sender's side.

Any thoughts on where the invite message is going or how to track it down?

Identify the number of Outlook clients this user uses, stop all of them
> Access the mailbox just with the OWA
Repeat the testing...see if the meeting-requests reaches the mailbox\calendar folder without any issues

If yes,
- Need to check for any other addons
- Need to check for the build number of Outlook
- if possible remove the delegate and repro this issue

Solution was to remove delegates and re-add them and it worked fine.
