SEP clinets are getting message Deniel of servicess

Our clients on the fields running SEP 11.0.6 and connected to our SEP server as manage clinets .Some of the them  are getting Message "Deniel of servecei" when try to connect our network and get disconnected for about ten minutes. Any idea why it’s happening ?
On our server site we have a list of some computers which are listed as a  denial of Service . Any one has idea?

    we want to make changes on to our server console instead of the clients becasue they are on the fields.Thanks
