Question...hopefully someone has worked with Oaisys netphone application....it's a VOIP software that lets the user have caller ID on there screen also allows touch screen speed dialing, etc. Problem is, we setup our call center with VM clients...but the person before me decided it was a good idea to setup every person with there own image instead of doing a pool for everyone. I think he gave up on getting it working. Has anyone had experience with this? Every user login would have to put there extension in the software to get it to work in a normal setup.
