In SSIS, is it possible to use Merge Join Transformation to only insert rows that are not in the destination table?  Thanks.

This article shows how you can use Lookup with a Conditional Split component

Also A left outer Merge Join followed by a Conditional Split transformation can be used to identify new records . New records are identified by a null surrogate key resulting from the join and they can be directed to copy to destination .
