How to add a Costum button to Ribbon in SHarepoint 2010 Using C# ?

Hi every body ,in my webpart  i  want to add a button in Ribbon , i want that button is added only when webpart load so i have to create my button on runtime using C# and not with XML file , how can i do this ? , thanks

    Hi , thanks for your  assistance , i followed this link (  to create a simple Ribbon with button ( i should not use XML future ) ,its perfect but how can i make this ribbon always displayed beacuse its displayed only  when i selected  the webart ?
