Push Calendar to all users

Hi everyone,

I Have Exchange 2007 and I am using room mailboxes with calendars. So I added shared permissions to all users to view that boardroom calendar. They all work fine. But my users have to  actually open it for the first time to show. It doesn't automatically show in their outlook.

Is there a way I can push that to all my Outlook users so it`s just there, they don`t have to manually open it ?

why not create a resource mailbox for a room  , that will work much better .

IMO, you are asking about the feature called as Automapping:
New Mailbox and Recipient Functionality in Exchange 2010 SP1
Mailbox Full Access Permission and Outlook Automapping

- you can try to add the appropriate mailbox names @ the registry...but may not be successful

well it it`s actually a mailbox for a room resource but we want to be used differently much easier with the shared calendar for our users rather than they using schedule assistant.

We only have exchange 2007.
