Outlook Out of Office Setting

Ever since users were moved from Exchange 2003 to teh new Exchange 2010 server, User's are unable to set Outlook's OUT of OFFICE Settings.  Any suggestions why this is not working?  Thank You

Are they using Outlook 2003.  

If so then based on this blurb, that may be the expected result:

They may have to manage it in OWA, or upgrade to at least Outlook 2007...
