Backup Fortigate 60B firewall configuration

I have gone through Fortigate's web, support, docs, etc. but for some reason my web management console does not show the backup modules that are referred to in the documentation like in -->

 Fortigate Web Console
I am not comfortable with CLI but am willing to go there if need be to perform the backup.

Is there a setting that is not enabled to allow backup's on my web interface?

I, sadly, had the exact same experience as you.

But the answer is SIMPLE! :)

On the main screen (System/Dashboard) look for the widget System Information.

On there, go down a few lines of text until you see "System Configuration" There will be a link to click on to Backup or Restore.

If you don't have that widget, you can simply add it by clicking on the "Widget+" on the top left of the main interface and adding "System Configuration".

    Hope it helps!

LOL, yes amazingly simple, the front main dashboard.  One of those times when it is right in front of you but you are expecting it to be somewhere else.  I poured over manuals looking at the left pane for the missing icon.
