We have a client who has 2 different companies, they are totally seperate but would like to be able to view each others calenders etc.

One site has Exchange 2010 and the other Exchange 2007. There is no VPN link or anything between them at present.

Any advise would be great.

A simple win here would be to deploy an exchange 2010 client access server and then take advantage of Microsoft federation.

If you don't want to so it this way then your looking at gal syncing between organisations and if your using outlook 2003 you need to use iorgrepl to copy your free busy public folder.
