Can't install Safari on Windows 7?

I am getting the error message. the application failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect.

First, please reboot your computer and see if that solves the issue.

If not, the cause most likely is a missing or conflicting Visual Studio runtime library.
Please download and install one of the following redistributable packages:
http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=8328
http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=13523

Note: Install the "x86" one, if your system is 32bit Windows, the "x64" one if you have a 64bit OS.

Should the above not solve the issue, then your version of Safari may require another version of the runtime.
Please search in Google for "microsoft visual c++ 2008 redistributable" and download and install that as well.
