teamviewer and actual window size

is it possible that team viewer does not show the screen size correctly? what setting will make sure that you see the window size and screen looks exactly as someone who is sitting on the machine itself?

    Your monitor resolution will need to be higher than that of the remote window you are viewing.  Otherwise, it will zoom out to fit your monitor or pan the screen which is annoying.

    So basically, if your remote window is 1024x768, make sure your monitor does at least 1280x1024.
