VB script and VBA info

Can any of the experts here point out the possibilities and functions that VB script and VBA can achieve?

    This is a very wide scope question and I don't think any expert here would be able to post all the functions and possibilities in this forum as they are truly endless.

    Did you have anything specific in mind?

    What is it that you're trying to?

    Anyway...  Both VBScript and VBA can be used to do...well, lots and lots of things.  There are some syntactical differences between the two, but in my opinion the biggest difference is that VBA is tightly bound to a "host" app like Excel or Access and cannot run independently of them, while VBScript can be used as a "freestanding executable".

    What do you want to do with VBA / VB script then? You can inform yourself here and here as well :)

    As my user name suggests yes i'm learning C#, but my company requested me to explore other possibilities of programming languages to improve on our products.

    Deleting this question is unnecessary, i am reading the information provided now.
