blue screen in windows server 2008

We are getting bluescreen in windows server 2008.

bug check string - DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE.

caused by driver - ntkrnlpa.exe

Howe can I resolve this issue.

    Make sure your nic drivers are updated. Check the rest of the drivers after that.. something is giving bad information.
