Windows 7 Phone SDK Installation Fails

Windows 7 Phone SDK Installation is failing all the time.

My system is Windows 7 32 bit with 3 GB RAM and more than 20 GB Free hdd space.

The error log file is attached for your reference. Please help.

    Windows 7 Professional 32 Bit.

    Can you please goto your Add\Remove programs and remove all programs that are affiliated with windows phone. (Zune, app deployment...) and then try the 7.1 SDK (you can create 7.0 as well) found below.
