Hi everyone,
I use Microsoft website for downloading their products like windows server, ISA … etc.
When I use their download manager it always interrupted by itself, even today it did not work for a 10 seconds and when i want to use my download manager (IDM), for some reason i do not know why i am only forced to save file and download it via internet explorer, again within 30 minutes or 60 minutes their site disconnect my download, after I have downloaded 700mb or more, and that happing many times. If i use my internet download manager, i will not be scared of trying again to download the whole file after i have download almost half of it and in a blink of an eye I lost it. Please help to know how i can bypass this problem and force my software IDM to download from Microsoft website?  Many thanks

First of all I would like to thank you for reply and trying to help me.
Yes I have checked my internet connection. I have 4mb WIMAX internet connection, very good and never ever drop any download connection. Every time I want to download from internet, my IDM capture the download and I have a peace of mind for the whole process. You know when using the Download Manager you can pause, stop and resume downloads at a later time.
I can download Microsoft products from their website because I have license agreement with them. They offer me two download methods:  1- using their own download manager, 2- using embedded download feature in the web browser, example: (internet explorer 9 or whatever version or browser you use).
My problem is when I want to use their download manager:  A: it always disconnect. B: it doesn’t start normally it always gives error and please try again.
When I want to use web browser it offer only to save the file via embedded download feature in the web browser, not via my Internet Download Manager IDM, which is very strange to me??!!! Why IDM does not capture the download link??
For more information about IDM please check:
And if any download manager can do the tick except this one and you know it please advise me.
And by the way I do not need to subscribe to TechNet, why I have to pay another fees while I can use my license agreement!

After writing my above information for about 5 hours I found this Download Accelerator Plus (DAP)
    Please check:
And it did the trick for me. It captures the link and I have downloaded the file successfully.

    May thanks for your time.
