Roaming profiles become corrupt on win7
I am using roaming profiles , stored on a W2k3 server. Everything has been working fine with this process on xp/sp3 stations. Since introducing some ibm/win7 stations I'm having a lot of problems.
After a few days, a new roaming profile will fail to load on a win7 station. I will then reboot the station using a local user and remove the c:\user\* for the user and the corresponding entry in the registry.
The profile will then roam, but the user will not be able to user explorer. Any attempt to use it will generate an error.
All of the affected workstations are IBM stations, of two different models. The problem seems to be worse on one of the models.

Are you granted full permission for profiles from the parent folder.Make sure to replace permissions to all the sub folders,

Yes, I have done that. The profile will work fine for days. Then out of the blue it wiill not roam anymore.
I've performed several controlled tests with brand new accounts. Without using anything more than opening Word, the user profile will become corrupt within a few days.
