CSS help with negative margin

Please visit www.mwebdev.com/cal.html. I'm trying to move the header image (food image) up so that it fits snug against the green menu image. I've added a negative top margin, but the top of the header image is being cut off by the div that holds the menu. How can I move this image up without cutting it off? It needs to remain visible and fit snugly under the green menu image. Thanks in advance!

.head-row1-front {
    overflow: hidden;
    position: relative;
    top: -38px;
    width: 100%;
}

Try...
Take margin-top: -30px off of #block-views-header_slideshow-block_1 .content
Apply margin-top:-38px  to  .head-row1-front
