Clear Built-in Local Administrator Description on all Domain PCs

Dear all,
I want a script or any way to clear or change Built-in Local Administrator Description on all Domain PCs.
"Built-in account for administering the computer/domain"

Also If there is any script to add Description for specific local user in Domain PCs.

We have AD 2003 , Clients Computers (Win XP & Win 7)

    You can use a startup script and net user or a vbscript that will update the local users as you see fit.
