How to stream a video file by using object tag inside html

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am trying to embed windows media player & stream a video file
I have created the following html,& have placed my file "te.avi"  in
<tomcat_home>\web-apps\drmk\te.avi
However when I click on the play button I do not see the video,
the video file te.avi is viewable when directly played in windows media player.
Kindly let me know If Iam missing something or I need to place my file in a different folder.
Also if I set value of param Url to absolute path I am able to see the video,
However when set the Url to "http://localhost:8080/drmk/te.avi" Iam not able to view the file.
Please note "drmk" is the context root of my web application.
In case If you have additional questions kindly let me know

Thank you

AVI files don't steam on their own.  You would need to use a player file like the JW Media Player (longtailvideo.com) to do it.
