Exchange 2010: Clicking option prompts for language setting

Hi we have exchange 2010 installed in our network. And users only use Outlook Web access to checkmail.

We have a very weird problem: after creating more than 100 users ready to go now. When we login OWA and go to Option (to change settings and password) , the page is directed to Setting the Language, but when we chose a language and click OK, it brought us to the http bad request error 400 . The URL then was https://exchange/owa/lang.owa

Users were unable to change their password via web. Please help

Remove the option Redirect requests to this destination from ISS console under OWA -> HTTP Redirect .
