Joomla, show a picture when the mouse cursor is on the link

Hello,

Can I do the following in a Joomla article?:

If I move the mouse cursor over a link it would show a given picture (pop up, like a balloon help).
If I move the cursor away -> it would disappear.

The reason for this that there are technical drawings for each product (there are only about 10 products so there is no reason to set up a web shop).
