Group Policy Management

WIndows 2008R2 server. Have a group policy that I want to deny to one specfic individual - how do I deny the policy to one person from the Group Policy Management  within server manager. Don't see where I can explicitly deny like in earlier versions when policy awas managed from ADUC properties

I would try from the GPO's ACL (Properties\Security tab).

For that you need to use Group Policy filtering. Then you can exclude user(s)/group(s) from applying policy.
