Ipad for videos kids in car

Hi,

I wondered if there are possibilities to mount an ipad in a car so my kids can watch their videos.
The thing is:
-how to mount it so they can both watch 1 ipad
-how to play dvd s, I could rip them but still there would only fit a small amount of video s,  whereas I would like to take my whole collection
-how to play other formats as mkv etc

Any tips welcome.

Car audio places sell mounting kits for iPads, either as setback mount or a ceiling mount. That would be your best bet.
I use rammount for many iPad mounts and have always been satisfied. The cupholder one in particular may be perfect if you have center cup holders in the back seat.

I use cinx player and it's played anything I've thrown at it.

To get around the storage limit you would need something else to store the files and a network to share them. Probably too complex for a car setup.

Can you give an example of the mounting system in back of car so my both kids can watch? Don t have a cupholder.
Looks great for whomever sits behind that seat. Will the other kid be able to see it?
see this for DIY you tube video

really built in one

I personally would not try to have one for both.
Thanks! Now I saw the first one was about Galaxy Tab. It seems this tablet has become the equal part of the Ipad(?)
If you are referring to my first link, the mount is universal.
Ok, but would like to know bot Galaxy tab.
