Outlook Email Printing

We have many hundreds of emails that we want to print to a PDF for storage.  I want to be able to tag multiple emails and print them to a PDF.  We have Adobe Pro 10 but when we go to print them it prints all the tagged email to 1 PDF document.  Is there anyway to have it print each email to a seperate PDF?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

yes, there is a program called print to PDF that creates a printer on your PCor server.

I tried it but it printed the multiple tagged emails into one PDF.  We need to be able to create multiple pdf's automatically.  Example:  If I tag 5 emails in outlook and then print them to a pdf print I need 5 pdf's printed, not one with all 5 emails in the pdf.

there are programs out there that do it automatically, why dont you just create a new rule in outlook that when a new email arives that matches a certain criteria that it automatically gets printed and set the defaul printer to the PDF printer?
