I have two AD sites, my Datacenter and my Office. I have an Exchange server in each location with every role and I have a DAG. I keep getting this error when I try to create a database copy.

I haven't got these databases to sync up. I have 5 databases and all of them are already created and I have standard version so I'm at my limit. I cannot create a new database to move the mailboxes to. I should be able to get these two databases to join the dag and need help doing that or figuring out why it fails.
I'm rebooting the server and I can try to reseed through the Exchange Console. I tried to "resume" through the console, but it reported "failed" and gave me this error:
The database copy was automatically suspended due to failure item processing. At '10/24/2011 12:16:36 AM' the copy of 'abcDatabase1' on this server experienced an error that requires it be reseeded. For more detail about this failure, consult the Event log on the server for other storage and "ExchangeStoreDb" events. The passive database copy has been suspended.

same exact wrror I was getting, tried to get it to work for 3 weeks and then I just created the new databases. How may users do you have, why 5 databases?

what would be the easiest way to move all of the users to a new database? For example, from command line with 20 or so at a time.

This does not answer the problem for 1.5TB databases with 50000 users
