Hi! You can't have two or more lists with the same title inside single site. However you can just change link titles - go to site settings/navigation (http://youserver/_layouts/AreaNavigationSettings.aspx)

I do not put list link at QuickLaunch menu.
Just want to change the IE tab title such as Conference Room 1.

Are these different pages (have different urls)? If yes, then you can change page Title in SPD - find following markup:
<asp:Content ID="PageTitle" ContentPlaceHolderID="PlaceHolderPageTitle" runat="server">
This is page title
</asp:Content>
and change text inside <Content> to whatever you want.
