Getting hyper-v to work on a intel s3420gp motherboard

I have a 2008(s)server with an Intel Corporation S3420GP (1CPU) motherboard and a Intel Xeon X3430 CPU , I am wanting to get hyper-v on it , the review sites says the mother board and cpu can do it , but when I run the Intel Processor ID utility it says under supported techologies that Intel Virtualization Technology not supported ,I have updated the bios and ticked the enable box,s in the bios but still the same , am I missing something or is the review sites incorrect in saying the motherboard and cpu are capable .
