Event ID 26  connection to microsoft exchange hass been lost

Dear All,
              I upadted the client from windows xp office 2003 to Windows 7 and office 2010 , everything worked fine but one of the users facing a very bad performance in outlook 2010:

Very long time to connect to the Exchange server.

The client shows event ID 26 connection to microsoft exchange hass been lost ,  connection to microsoft exchange hass been restored ( 8 time in 10 minutes).

Very long time to do any operatio as open address book, send mail.

No other users complians.

No errors appeared in the Exchange server ( MS exchange 2003 Standard SP2 on Win server 2003 standard)

    Since Outlook 2010 works different that 2003 does ( you may consider an upgrade to your Exchange server.

    Try to do all updates to Exchange server.

    it is already considers but i need to find a soultion for the time being

    Try to disable IPv6 and SMB v2 on Win7 workstations if not using them.

    IPv6 is disabled
    I updated the NW card driver but with no hope.

    Any other sugeestions ?
