SharePoint Services 3.0 permission problem

Hi all

Please help; I've managed to create a new sub site and removed all permissions from the swine thus 'painting myself out' of administration. Is there a way I can either remove/delete the site or reset the permissions?

Things to note:

There's no content on the new site so its not so bad.
The WSS was setup by a dude who's now left our organisation and I'm pretty sure I wont be able the WSSadmin account password. :(

Do you have access to Central Admin?  If so, you can make yourself a site colection admin, or grant a user policy on your web app and give your account full control.

Application Management tab, there should be a link on this page for Site Collection Administrators.  ONce in there, select your web app, and site, and make yourself an admin.  This will give you full access to everything in the site regardless of permissions.
