After creating group policy still issue remain same :(. Please help this issue remains for long time.

Yes tried to re install ICA client, All the workstation same issue.
Yes get issue with both WI & PNA too
Restarted WI many time no luck
If you want me to try one more time please let me know. I will try this steps again.
