OST file with Contacts

I have an OST file which I need to reclaim the contacts within the OST file. The email inbox associated with this OST file no longer exists and I need to extract the contacts. I dont require any of the emails and the file is not currupt or broken.

Could someone please tell me how I can extract the contacts from the OST file please?

Many thanks,

One way to do it is to use Email Extractor: http://www.ehow.com/how_6590959_extract-contacts-ost-file.html
Another way is to convert the OST to PST: http://www.mail-archive.com/exchange@ls.swynk.com/msg61477.html
