Outlook 2010 add-in tab not showing on ribbon

My Add-In tab is not showin on the ribbon, although it is ticked in File - Options - Customise Ribbon.

How do I get it to show?

I think there is a similar thread in E-E some months ago.  I will try to find it if the above links do not help.

The Add-Ins tab will show on the current Quick Access toolbar.   In Outlook, this toolbar changes when on different objects in Outlook.   Which QuickAccess toolbar are you having difficulty with?
