which version of exchange server did you install on SBS 2008 ? you can access your exchange server from the workstations by using Remote Desktop ?
After a Successful installation of exchange you can exchange Management Console or Exchange Management Shell start->All Programs->Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 (Assume Exchange2010) then EMC or EMS.

As of Exchange 2007, you no longer have Exchange Tabs in Active Directory Users and Computers.  You use the Exchange management tool (the precise name escapes me at the moment, but look for the Exchange Program Group - it should be pretty obvious).  As for configuring from any workstation on the network, you run Remote Desktop to connect to the server and configure from the server.

You can't mange exchange 2007 through web. but if you want you install Exchange Management tools on  any domain network pc but that pc must meet the EMC prerequisites
