Retrieving data from a Nokia E71 after a hard reset
I want to sell a couple of Nokia E71's through Mazuma mobile. I have done a hard reset using the *#7370# code and all my data seems to have gone. I have also removed the memory cards from both phones.
Just wondered if anyone can let me know whether it is still possible to retrieve data from a phone after a hard reset. According to the Mazuma webiste these phones will be re-sold in "emerging markets" such as India, Africa etc. Bearing in mind these areas are the source of most of the phishing and scam emails i receive i am concerned about anybody being able to retreive any personal data from my old phone.

A hard reset will wipe all personal information and restore it back to factory defaults

That is what it appears to have been done, in much the same way as you can do with a PC by using a manufacturers re-installation disk.
However with a PC i could quite easily obtain some recovery software and get back some of the files that were on there. Just wondered if there are similar options with mobiles.
