   Product Category
   Quantity to Be Produced
2.PRODUCTION RATES
UNITS per Hour (Production Rate Per Product Category per Hour)
   fk Product Category
3 PRODUCTION DAY SET UP
    Production ID
     Hours to Produce
     Day Of Production
Hours to Produce Field to evaluate   a)The Product Category  of the Product Code then, b)Get the Rate Of Production (For this particular Category) and c) Divide the Quantity to be Produced by the Rate Of Production to give the number of Hours it will take to Produce this product on the selected Day Of Production.

You are going to need one more table where you assign the production day to a specific product you want to make that day, or you can assume you only make one product and that all the available production days are for the one product.

The next thing you want to do is create a script that looks at the available days table and assigns the product to the next day available until you consume the available capacity with the available days. So you want to add a field to the Product data table to hold the "Quantity assigned to future production capacity"

Every time you consume some of your capacity you update the product data until your required quantity is equal to your Quantity assigned to future production field.
