Backup Exec error 1935

Trying to install Backup Exec 2010 R2 on a SBS 2008.  I'm getting the following error in the middle of installation, causing it to roll back:

Error 1935.An error occurred during the installation of assembly "Microsot.VC80.ATL,type="win32",version="8.0.50727.4053",publicKeyTok en="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",processorArchitecture="amd64".  Please refer to Help and Support for more information.

The only solutions I have seen on EE and googling the error are a command prompt fix, and to reinstall the Windows installer.  Neither one has worked.  Here's Symantec's KB page for this issue, with both of these solutions:

Any other ideas?

Have you tried uninstalling any AntiVirus solution you may be running. Just disabling it may not be sufficient as that meay leave the filter drivers active.
Also consider bootingwith only Microsoft services active (using msconfig.exe).

The first link took care of it.  Had to remove a couple of registry entries.  Thanks
