iPad - Firefox

Hi, just learned that Apple won't let me download Firefox to my iPad.  Is there an app or something else that can circumvent this? Thanks

Hiya,
Yep, there's an app for that - Apple app store - 'Firefox Home'

There is no support for Firefox on Apple IOS.
What exactly are you trying to accomplish? There are other browsers available for IOS (Mercury, Skyfire, 360Browser)

@splanton - Firefox Home does only bookmark, tab management from saved Firefox sessions. No browsing on IOS devices.

I have used Firefox for years because I don't like IE and when I bought the iPad, I thought I would be able to sync my iPad to my bookmarks, etc on my computer. - So all of you are saying NO CAN DO right?

James HIT DirectorCommented:
The app suggested by splanton (Firefox Home) will sync your bookmarks from your PC/MAC. So this will work for what your purpose it.
However, the iPad doesn't use IE, the primary browser is Safari.

So are you saying that this app will allow me to use my bookmarks on Safari or Firefox on the iPad? and if Firefox, what is the name of the App?

James HIT DirectorCommented:
The app (Firefox Home) is only meant to keep bookmarks and active tabs that you sync to your device.
The browser it uses is Safari, not Firefox. There is no Firefox browser.

See link for app details.
