Access 2003

INSERT INTO RecordCount_Before ( TableNamesCount )
SELECT Count(tblXrefInfo.Item) AS CountOfItem
FROM tblXrefInfo;
In the field "TableNamesCount"   I need the "Table Name"  from the other table added to the update.

So the updated field would be :
tblXrefInfo.Item count is 660234

instead of just 660234
