vmware 5 security profile, dhcp from vm dc

I have configured security profile to block dhcp but its still causing a dhcp problem as there is another dchp server on the lan
I want to use dhcp on my virtual dc so my vm's can use my dc's range 192.168.,0.1
but its not stopping so is security profile just for the host or the vm on the host if so how do I configure the dc so it only uses 192.168.0.0/24 and stop the normal dhcp getting into the virtual enviroment and use the dc's inside just for vm's I thought thats what security profile did but it doesn't

Why dont you use a special internal network on your ESXi server for you lab?

vSwitch with no physical NICs uplinked to production LAN.

ESXi 5.0 firewall, is for the host.
