Hello MapleLife, where are the documents located that you are trying to print? Local / share / sharepoint / other?

Do any of the documents you are trying to print contain macro's that run when a document is opened? The macro running may cause the error when the Explorer is opening next document(s). Here's some details about when trying to print more than 15 documents using Explorer in Windows 7. There seems to be a limit of 15 files which wasn't there in WindowsXP.

Here's a solution that may be of help, I didn't test this myself but I'd be looking for a batch tool like Print Conductor.
