Delete contact lists from BlackBerry?

How do you delete contact lists from a BlackBerry?
This blackberry has 3 contact lists on it and they're basically duplicates of each other.
I'm trying to get them deleted and then sync the blackberry with local contacts on the user's Outlook 2010 client, which I'm assuming it can do wirelessly as we run a BES server.

The contact lists on the blackberry are not the same as what I'm showing on the user's Outlook client. They just have a single "Contacts" folder in Outlook.

Ok thanks I've done that and I think it's updating now still even though I turned wireless sync off.

However I still see three contact lists called "Desktop"
But now just the first one has the contacts, the other 2 are empty.
Thanks a lot guys, that worked.
I guess it still keeps the contact "list" names, even though it clears out each lists' contacts.
Not a big deal though. I'd rather keep them there and just have 1 now set correctly and updating properly, than to reset over the BES.
