We are having issues with mail merge from outlook to word. Most of the contacts merge just fine but some of them do not. For example a contact in outlook &quot;Mr John Doe and Mrs Jane Doe&quot; will read something like &quot;Mrs Jane Doe&quot; in word after the merge. Most of them merge just fine. The format in outlook for all contacts is the same but all of them do not copy over exactly how they are in outlook. <br />

We are having issues with mail merge from outlook to word. Most of the contacts merge just fine but some of them do not. For example a contact in outlook "Mr John Doe and Mrs Jane Doe" will read something like "Mrs Jane Doe" in word after the merge. Most of them merge just fine. The format in outlook for all contacts is the same but all of them do not copy over exactly how they are in outlook.
