I was on here last week and someone mesntioned that i should put a H1 tag with some keywords it, at the start of my website ( before the slideshow i was wondering could someone show me how do this??

    You have a problem. You are mis-using an h1 tag to hold an image. That pretty much negates the value of the h1.  I suppose you could stick some keywords in the alt or title of the image, but they would have minimal value.

    If it was me, I would use a proper container like a div for the image and then add the h1 here:

    right here:
    		<!-- /menu -->
    <h1 id="firstHeader">Quality work Small Demolition, Drainage, and Earthmoving Projects</h1> 		
    		<!-- pitch -->
    		<div id="pitch">

    the stlesheet would need to have this added:

    #firstHeader {

    I don't guarantee that is all the styling that will be required.  The current styles mess up the h1; probably well-intentioned, but misguided.
